Network Ambassador
Status: Accepting Interest
Type: Independent Contractor
Reports To: Director of Network Operations
Role Summary:
Network Ambassadors provide support to coaches, trainers, and organizations inside the Delighted Match® Network.
They ensure every member receives a red-carpet onboarding experience, maintain compliance with continuing education, and support trainers in completing certification processes.
Key Responsibilities:
•Conduct “Happy Checks” (quarterly well-being + success check-ins)
•Assist coaches/trainers with completing registration
•Guide members through portal setup and directory activation
•Ensure CEU completion and professional development
•Support network engagement and communication
•Serve as the first point of contact for member questions
Marketing Coordinator
Status: Accepting Interest
Type: Independent Contractor
Reports To: Founder + Director of Marketing
Role Summary:
The Marketing Coordinator manages the online presence and communication channels for the Delighted Match® Network.
Key Responsibilities:
•Manage social media posts and scheduling
•Engage with comments and messages
•Publish newsletters & updates
•Write short blogs and platform announcements
•Help maintain brand consistency
•Support marketing campaigns for coaches and trainers
Network Trainer
Status: Accepting Interest
Type: Independent Contractor
Role Summary:
Network Trainers deliver advanced trainings for coaches and trainers within the network.
Key Responsibilities:
•Teach best practices in coaching & training
•Deliver high-level mastery workshops
•Lead continuing education classes
•Specialize in SBD, Dream Support™, LSM™, or CYD™
•Maintain integrity of frameworks and program methods
Program Trainer
Status: Accepting Interest
Type: Independent Contractor (Paid Enrollees Only)
Role Summary:
Program Trainers are certified in one or more of our structured programs.
They complete paid training and certification and then appear as Preferred Trainers in the directory.
Responsibilities:
•Deliver program-based training to clients or small groups
•Maintain certification and CEUs
•Follow quality-of-delivery standards
•Represent the program accurately
Program Coach
Status: Accepting Interest
Type: Independent Contractor (Paid Enrollees Only)
Role Summary:
Program Coaches complete paid program certification and then deliver program-based coaching to individuals or teams.
Responsibilities:
•Provide Dream Support™, SBD™, or LSM™ coaching
•Maintain certification and CEU standards
•Serve clients with excellence, accuracy, and confidentiality
•Uphold Delighted Coaching™ ethical standards
